I don't know about anyone else but I will search for things on the knowledge base and nothing comes up. If I click the related searches on the right nothing comes up. It's very frustrating. I was hoping with the upgrade this weekend to the site it would be fixed. August 5, 2012 In addition, I get "Our apologies" message a lot.

    Try opening your browser in InPrivate Browsing mode (IE) or Stealth mode (Chrome) and see if it makes a difference.  If it does, clean out your browser cache.
