I've recently started working with RMS Store Operations Manager v2.0.0.110. The situation is that we have a percentage discount allotted to certain customers so that they get 10% off of everything they buy, however we also have those same customers set with level A pricing AND there is a quantity pricing table based on buying full cases.
It seems that RMS is combining the percentage discount AND the level A pricing. It also combines the 10% discount AFTER any quantity pricing discounts for a substantially larger discount than intended. If someone can help me understand the following questions I'd appreciate it.
Q1: Under what conditions, if any, does it make sense to have both the percentage discount and the level pricing defined for the same customer.
Q2: Is there an easy way to allow for a customer to have a global 10% for small 1 off purchases but NOT combine that with quantity discounts afforded by the quantity pricing table.
