An item with the same key has already been added error

Hi Experts,

I am facing below error while trying to import some data into my newly customized table using Dynamics AX Excel add-ins. the table has only 3 fields and there are no duplicate fields in the table, still I am stopped with this error. what exactly could be the reason ?

    Hi AX Beginner,

    Can you manually enter the same data in your table or do you then also get a similar error?
