Hi. I run a blind close out at each POS, and then do a Z report in the back office to balance out each POS. The Z report prints just fine, but the Z report does not appear in the journal. I can see and reprint all the transactions and the blind close out report, but the Z report is missing at the end of the journal. If I need a reprint of the Z report, how do I get that?

Probably your register properties is set to not journal. You can check.
Open SO Manager. Goto Database -> Register -> Register List.
find your backoffice computer in the Reigster List.
Click on it and then click properties. Goto Receipt Printer1. Make sure that the bottom box "Journal Receipts from this printer" is checked.
If you cant find your backoffice pc in the list, check each entry and make sure the box is checked.

I also notice that, on the server that the Z report does not post to the journal, I can not pull up a list of batches to view. I can view them on another computer, but not on the server. I think I have a path wrong or missing somehow in the initial setup. Maybe a path is wrong in the administrator where the server finds the batch files.
