Hi experts,

I've been facing an issue for a while now and unable to solve it.

The issue is in the API page (Business Central custom API page).

Sometimes it works perfectly, sometimes automatically throws an error (400-Bad request)

WHEN IT IS WORKING CORRECTLY:

WHEN THERE IS THIS ERROR:
METADATA CHANGES:

Unfortunately there is no update on this issue. I have reported this to Microsoft also but no progress.

You should also raise a support ticket then Microsoft will take it on serios note.

In my case I have custom API's (custom tables and API pages that get orders from web shop) and I deploy new version of extension on production this fix the metadata at the moment but again metadata breaks after some time.
I would say it self-heal then break and then again self-heals Business Central users it's really painful because they stop getting orders from web shops.

Any update on this issue? I am experiencing the exact same problem with an API with deep inserts. Intermittently the metadata for the NavigationProperty disappears. Inexplicably the issue resolves itself after a while and everything start working again. Then after a random amount of time the issue reappears.

    Hi,
can you try without putting the salesline in the URL paramater?

Also Check your sub link property on subform, it should be like Document Type and Document No.
