ReportWhen creating a Word Template for use with the 2016 Word Template Functionality, if there is a direct relationship to the Account record from the primary table, the account record can be included as part of the template XML schema. If this is done and a template is created that includes some account information from the account entity, then once the template has been uploaded it appears on the Primary entity Word Templates list. The issue is that if this process is used, then when utilising this template a generic "encountered a problem, please try again or check the community" error occurs.
This issue seems to be specific to the account entity as I have tried a number of other templates with similar relationships without errors. I have also attempted this on multiple deployments so it does not seem o be deployment specific.
