Management Reporter FRx Migration Wizard Error Microsoft ACE.ole.db.12.0 not registered

After installing SL 2015 and along with it MR . I am trying to migrate the existing FRx reports using the wizard. When I attempt to run it I get an error "Microsoft.ACE.ole.db.12.0 is not registered on the local machine. I did some searches that suggested installing the access database engine but it did not work for me. I went ahead and installed Office 2013 including Access on the machine and still did not work, uninstalled it started over and still same error. Running out of options and time and the reports are a lot and complicated so do not want to lose them. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

You need to 64 bit version of the Access 2010 Database Engine redistributable.

Thanks Butch but I had tried that and got the message that I need the 32 bit version. It is a 64 bit OS but a 32 bit Office. The original SL version was 6.0 with FRx 6.7.  I have to SL migrate in two steps could it be that I need a similar interim process for FRx?

Unfortunately, MR only supports the 64 bit Access bits for the migration wizard. You either have to remove all the 32 bit stuff or you can try to Google the workaround to get 64/32 to coexist.
