Hi Experts,

Anyone can tell me why our system is very slow especially clients are complaining. There are almost 110 users in our organization using ax 2012 R3.Please check the above system specification in images

Hi Shabir,

Have you checked your network? How long is the Latency ?

The higher the latency, the longer the response time. You are responsible for making sure that the response time caused by latency in the network is acceptable for your business.

Hi Shabir!

It's worth checking if Windows 10 updates are installed.

I had such a problem with one user and after installing all Windows 10 updates and restarting the AX operation returned to normal.

Hi Shabir,

You can try to Ping client computer from AOS or AOS from client Computer.

Here -time will be latency. Lower is better.

Hi Shabir Ahmad,

Latency seems fine.

There could be many reasons which could lead to a bottleneck.

1. Latency: if all your clients faced the same slowness issue irrespective of their distance from AOS. then your network is fine.

2. DB server RAM and HardDisk Space: this could also lead to slow performance.

3. DB Server Cache Issue: Way to Clear SQL cache.

4. Update related issue as discussed by norbertb.

5.There could be many other reasons but to find out that eliminate the above reasons first.
