Hi Experts,
Anyone can tell me why our system is very slow especially clients are complaining. There are almost 110 users in our organization using ax 2012 R3.Please check the above system specification in images

Is your system virtualized or installed on Physical Machines (AOS, DB)?
is 110 mean concurrent user count or all the users?
How much your DB size now?
What is your Raid Level in DB Server?
There are many factors effects performance. as the first step, you need to check whether you implemented best practices as mentioned in the AX2012 Installation guide.
this can be a result of bad development practices too.
in a nutshell, overall system performance will rely on Hardware ( RAM, Processor, Disk, Network ), SQL Server Configuration, AX Application Configuration & Customizations.
To align all those things to an optimal level, based on your system you will need a performance review. it will help you to find out where are the bottlenecks.

Performance issues can have different causes. Can you elaborate what exactly is slow in the environment? Is it about some processes or opening all forms?
It can be related to disk performance, long running queries, fragmented indexes, bad x++ coding and more.

If you need some more guidance, please tell in detail how and where users experience the slowness.

Latency seems fine.
There could be many reasons which could lead to a bottleneck.
1. Latency: if all your clients faced the same slowness issue irrespective of their distance from AOS. then your network is fine.
2. DB server RAM and HardDisk Space: this could also lead to slow performance.
3. DB Server Cache Issue: Way to Clear SQL cache.
4. Update related issue as discussed by norbertb.
5.There could be many other reasons but to find out that eliminate the above reasons first.

You can try to Ping client computer from AOS or AOS from client Computer.
Here -time will be latency. Lower is better.
some of users are window 7 and some are window 10

But some of our users are using window 7 not window 10 in that case??
