Hi all! Im fairly new to Business Central so apologies if its a silly question.
We have a customer that we send invoices to and we would like the ability to change the sales invoice template (different logo/layout depending on the services we sell). Is this an easy thing to implement without changing the backend of the customer set up? Ideally, i would like the option to prompt me to select which template to use when i post a sales invoice and send an email

If you are on version 21.1 you gave that option in the standard system.
If not you can use the customer document selection

Thanks for the taking the time to help, appreciate it. I was more after the template that the invoice is being presented on (example the PDF), and not the email which i think your solution was intended for.

In that case you can create new word templates, just search Word templates > Create New and follow the instructions
After setting it up, use the Send email and there during compose email, please select the Word templates you saved before.
