I am wondering if there are any codes that may be embedded in the body text in quick send setup that will allow a carriage return. Right now, the message we send looks like:
<Customer Name>, We appreciate your order. Thank you.
We would like it to look like
<Customer Name>,
We appreciate your order.
Thank you.
Is there a way to format the text of the email in quick send?
