SL Web Apps Installation Error

Receiving the following message when trying to browse to the website creating during the installation of SL 2011 SP2 Web Apps:

The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

All the verification checks during the installation passed, and I can also successfully browse the SL Web Services LoginWindowsService. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot?

Hi , I get this error when trying to install latest version or even 2015 version of MicrosoftDynamicsWebApps.exe.

LoadString() Error. Could not load string resource.

I was able to install 2014 version of WebApps without any error. Please let me know if you have any idea what is causing this error.

Got it working; Windows Authentication Role Service was not installed under the Security node in Server Manager....
