    Hi

Any access beyond these limitations mentioned in my above comment requires Full User access.

    Hi Saravanan Ilango,

It is more with Workflow such as Workflow Step Instance, Workflow Table Relation Value, Workflow Step Argument, Workflow - Record Change, Restricted Record, Archive, Notification Entry, ... and may be when user logins system, there are some modified tables such as User Time Register (if active), Change Log Entry, ...

    Hi Khoa Nguyen,

Yes, It is about the Limited User license type. Since the Approver is a User who just needs the whole NAV access just for Approving the Document as the user is the key person. Is there any other possible way to achieve it. Correct if I'm wrong, I was assuming it is modifying Header, Line, Approval Entry.

    Hi Saravanan Ilango,

Do you mean Limited User License Type?

If yes, for me, it is very hard because user can modify 3 tables only.

I think it is not possible as it allows to write Write access to a maximum of three application tables in the object range 0 – 99,999,999 other than the General Ledger Entry table, through any client accessing the application. Access to the General Ledger Entry Table requires a Full User license.

May be you can check licensing guide

    Hi Chris D'silva,

I want the user to be the 'Approver' of document and not to send order for approval.

    Hi

    Yes it is possible.

The Limited User Included Tables should allow you to perform the following tasks:

    Sales

    • Create a Customer with relevant contact details, based on a template or from scratch.
    • Create an Opportunity for an existing Campaign, and relate it to Sales Quotes or Orders.

    Quotes:

    • Create a Sales Quote for an existing or a new Customer.
    • Send a Sales Quote by email, send it for approval, or convert it to a Sales Order.

    Orders:

    • Create a Sales Order for an existing or a new Customer.
    • Send a Sales Order for approval.

    Purchase

    • Create a Vendor with relevant contact details, based on a template or from scratch.
    • Create a Purchase Order for an existing or a new Vendor.
    • Send a Purchase Order for approval.

    Other Tasks

    • Fill in an existing timesheet
    • Perform Document Capture - Expense reporting by scanning an invoice to create an incoming
    • document

    Role Centers

    • Use the charts on two role centers: Order Processor (for Sales scenarios) and Purchasing Agent
    • (for Purchase scenarios).
    • However, if your specific deployment requires more than 3 tables not part of the Included range in
    • order to fulfill these tasks, a Full User will be required.
