Hi,

Whenever I run DynamicsGP 10 from a client PC, I get an error message Dexterity Runtime with  EXCEPTION_CLASS_OBJECT_EXCEPTION Exceptionsubclass:-2147221005. After pressing OK, it leads me to the login screen and everything looks fine thereafter. This error is not shown when I run DynamicsGP on the server. Both server and client PC  are updated to the latest patch KB2435617-v10-ENU.

Thanks in advance.

    Jonathan,

I am assuming that this error has something to do with a bad registry entry.  Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall Dynamics on this workstation?  Was Dynaimcs installed clean on this workstation or was it upgraded from a previous version?

    Regards,

    Aaron

Copy the contents of the server GP application folder, and paste it over the client GP application folder.

This will ensure tht both installs are at the exact same versions etc.

If you wanted tobe ultra careful, back up the contents o the cleints install first.

    Ian.
