Hi
Can someone help me out. I cant seem to figure out how to add an existing email to an open case. I can do it in the mobile app But I cant seem to get it done via Online. Thanks

Open the email and set the case in the email regarding field.
This doesnt work because CRM errors and tells me the email must be in draft format to save the change.
Turns out Microsoft had a small glitch on my end and your method ending up working afterall! Thanks so much!! :)
