Hello Community,
we have some periodical Newsletter that we send to our customers. For this we planed to use "customer journeys" that are configured to be executed multiple times (periodically recurring). This works fine but we have the following issue: The journey executes itself ignoring if the EMail is refreshed since the last execution or not. This leads to the result, that the members of the segment get the same Newsletter twice. As the newsletter isn't always ready on day X we want to be able to have one journey but it should only be executed, when we updated/published the newsletter. How could this be made? Thanks for any hint.
Greetings

Thanks Clofly for this hint, I opened the Idea experience.dynamics.com/.../
Hi Oseirf,
Do you mean you will update content of a newsletter marketing email record periodically? (As the newsletter isn't always ready on day X)
If so, currently in Customer Journey there is no such feature to detect whether a marketing email is modified by user.
Please suggest it to Ideas forum.
Regards,
Clofly
