Erorr in reading bar code and quantity

Hi All

At retail POS system read bar code wrong which cause change in quantity of product.Issue happened for Fresh weighted items . e.g Tomato of 2.2KG picked by system as 8.8. and 1.1 kg as 7.7. System read 1=7 and 2=8 . and if at the same time re scan the same tag it shows accurate results.

any one else face same issue?
