Sales Transaction Entry Error (Urgent)

Hello Everyone,

I can't use my Sales Transaction Entry window, it gives me this error message:

"Your previous transaction - level posting session has not finished. please allow time for it to finish. If you believe it has failed, log out of microsoft Dynamics GP and log back to recorver transaction"

I have log out and log back, but the error message is still there. pls. i need your help cos i have a demonstration of Microsoft Dynamics GP10 tommorrow. I have been a given an SQL querry to recover such Sales transaction erroe before but i can't seems to locate it again. Someone should please help.

I would recommend you delete the contents of DYNAMICS.dbo.SY00800 and DYNAMICS.dbo.SY00801 and then restart the SQL Server. Also you should delete any batch from the SY00500 table where the batch id is either blank or the userid that was logged in when the invoice was posted. Then run Checklinks.

There is a KB article that references it, if you have access to PartnerSource or CustomerSource. KB #852173. Isn't for SOP but the same principles apply.
