Hi every one,

When i creat a SO, it's appear this error:

" A value is missing. Enter a value in the Item model group field in the Released product details form for product tan tan to be able to proceed "

Although i's already select the "item model group". Anyone can help me ??

Hiii ERP SG,

Have you checked your item model group that there isn't any required check-box you have missed out, all the requirement fields are checked and specified in the Item Model group ??

Hi Tony,

Basically this type of errors come when you have selected Inter-company sales order.

After complete setup for product this error will exist because you might have selected customer of other legal entity and the same product in other legal entity might have missed few setups. I request you to check in other legal entity also to resolve the issue.

Main setups for the product would be "Item Model group, Item group, dimensions(Storage & Tracking), units etc and then validate the product for further process.

Hi Shoban Kumar,

I am getting the same error once the intercompany master schedule ends, also I checked with your above suggestion, but I checked the item in all the legal entities have the item group defined. Can you please suggest me can be the possible problems.

Hi,

I got the same issue where i was creating an intercompany SO so intercompany PO gets created automatically in another legal entity.

Item model group was assigned in the company from which i am selling the items but was not assigned in the company in which i am procuring, this issue gets resolved when i have assigned item model group in that company.

Hope it will work for you as well !

Dears

I am facing the same error when Validating Inventory Adjustment Journal, when I assign system admin role to that user the issue is solved. However, still investigating what privilege is missing!

Is this the only problem item? I.e. do you have any other IC traded items, with the same model group, which don't give the problem, for which you can check the settings are the same in each company?
