Hi All,
Can we stop tracking specific record from Dynamic 365 App for outlook based on condition
like if suppose case is resolved and if any user reply previous emails it should not be tracked in resolved case.

I tried couple things like
1.write plugin on email creation in dynamic and if condition succeed then I throw the exception and email not created in CRM but problem is Outlook continue sending request for email creation so this will increase server load or outlook load
2. I have created flow and trying to update set regarding field as null in CRM and it's updated null but still in Outlook it's showing Set regarding field and tracking as well ..
Not sure Microsoft has provided such functionality to untrack specific record using

This seems to be the default behavior. Either track all or stop tracking all.
