I'm trying to create a report that shows me customer spend per week, so I can put into an excel spreadsheet to monitor if customer's are spending less, to flag up to our sales team when I can see a decline in order value. Is this possible?
What is the Customer Spend per Week field you mentioned? Is the value taken from Customer Ledger Entries?
If the data you mentioned exists in NAV, I think this should be possible and suggest you discuss specific needs with your partners.
