Can we find out who deleted a sales order in a Production Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Environment ??

Hi Community

Can we find out who deleted a sales order in a Production Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Environment ??

Is there any table/field to activate in data base log ????

    Hi,

    If you have enabled database log yes you can see.

    Second option to select in AR parameters as "Mark as voided".

    Thank you for your reply.

    "Mark order as voided" is marked, and I found the deleted order in "Sales and marketing" Inquiries and reports > History > Voided sales order but I didn't find who deleted it.

    What should I activate in Database log setup please?

    Under Sys Admin - Setup- database log - database log setup.

    Click new and proceed.

    Type will be delete.

    You can see details under inquiries.

    Yes. You may remove the check boxes if you do not want to track the update , rename or add.

    Okey. I found the user, date and time of delete in Voided sales orders Record information.

    Hi @BillurSamdancioglu, I am trying to see who has deleted the PO. but I am unable to find the table name PurchTable in the Wizard. can you please help me here?
