Hi experts,

Export a database - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

When copy database from one environment to another, the emails were missing. Is there any way to prevent the DB export not wipe out the email addresses?

Hi Yuji, Its standard behavior to remove email addresses just like print management or putting batch jobs on hold while refreshing database. I don't think you can prevent it.
