How to get the data of all the organizational units whose data a user can see?

I want to see the list of all the organizational units of a user to which it has access.

    I am using Guido Preite's tool "Dataverse REST Builder" and installed it inside my Dynamics 365 instance. I am looking for a way through which I can retrieve the article that a particular user has access to.
