Please let me know from where I can download SP5 for GP8.0. I didn't found any link in Partnersource as well as customer source.

Service Pack 5 is recommended for upgrades, but it is not required to upgrade to GP 10.0. If you still need SP5, please open a non-billable support incident to request the service pack.

It is recommended that you install Service Pack 5 for GP 8.0 for upgrade purposes, but it is not required. If you still need the service pack, please open a support case (non-billable) to request the service pack.

I recently wrote a blog post about upgrading GP from older versions, trust me it was no fun reading all requirements for all system versions but as long as we could help others and save time i was there.

unless Kayla has a different suggestion we don't know, GP 8 needs SP5 to be upgraded to version 10

Kayla, this may be a diversion from Sandip's reason for askiing.
But, in most cases the spoken of upgrade path from 8 RTM or SP1a, for example, is via 8 SP5 to 10. From your comment it sounds like you would recommend differently?

The service packs are no longer available on Partner source/Customer source, because GP 8.0 is no longer supported. If you are upgrading, you do not need to install a service pack for GP 8.0 in order to upgrade.
