I have a user with security to access Employees, Benefits and Deductions from Cards > Payroll >> Employee| Benefits | Deductions.
When she opens the Employee record and attempts to use the 'GO TO' button to open the related Benefit or Deduction for the same employee, those selections are grayed out.
What would cause this to happen. I thought that if the employee had access to a particular, they could access it by any available navigation path.

Hi Mike,
For this user, go to Tools | Setup | System | User, pull up this user and mark the box Payroll View for HR.
Have the user log out and log back in then benefits and deductions should not be grey from this window.
