    Hi Ashraf,

Regarding on-hand qty - what exactly do you want to see before statement calculation? Do you mean for sold item transactions to check on-hand qty? Do you mean some report? Or form? What the reason of such request?

Regarding Product kits - do you want to know how kits are shown in calculated statement and how they are posted? Or something different?

    Hi Ashraf,

Ideally you will need enough on hand inventory , same or more than you issued while posting statement. POS any way allows negative inventory.but when the time of posting statement it will reconcile against on hand inventory.

same logic applies to Product Kits too because It's just of assembly of 2 or more items.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Amith Prasanna

it will differ the way you bundled them in the KIT , if X consist of  1Y and 1Z mean  1X =1Y+1Z  if you sold 10 thats mean it will show you 10Y , 10 Z . if you have only 5 kits it will settle with 5 and other 5 will show as balance.
