Yee, this is a known issue other BC users are reporting. Some posts on the Microsoft / Dynamics Community describe exactly the symptom: Inspect Pages & Data (CTRL+ALT+F1) or Personalize hanging / “Working on it…” indefinitely.
Here are possible causes + what to try to fix it:
Possible Causes
Personalization records that are corrupted or contain errors.
A recent version update / tenant issue in your BC version.
Browser / client caching or session problems.
Data load performance, if the page has many extensions, heavy fields or FlowFields, it may simply struggle to load the metadata.
> It is very likely this is either a version-specific bug or related to personalized page metadata corruption.
