Hi I want to change a Passwort of a contact. When I am using the "Change Password"-Ribbon on this contactform the dialog opens and I can give him a new password. At the end it says, that the password was changed. But it is not changed. I can't login with the new password. The password is still the old one.
Has anyone an idea how to solve the issue?
I had already tried to clear the cache of the portal . But it didn't work.
I ended up with creating a new flow for reseting the password.

Have you tried clearing the cache from portal? If not, please try the below:-
Login to the portal with the user which have the “Administrator” web role.
Open a new tab in the browser and copy page the portal URL.
Append the URL with “_services/about” and click enter.
Click on Clear Cache button.
