We are looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist in Orlando but they have to have experience with SL. This is extremely difficult to find, does anyone have any ideas on how I can find qualified candidates?

Have you already tried employment agencies who can short list qualified candidates for you, or even social media sites such as LinkedIn professional website?
This may sound strange, but I have seen companies who use LinkedIn to get in contact with candidates. You can try to network using that site; it may work for you.
