Yammer with MS CRM 2013

Hello :)

We are trying to add our yammer account into our new MS CRM 2013 setup.

Our first problem was that we did not have the paid version of yammer, we have resolved this.

However now we notice that our yammer accounts have been setup using this domain: Name.Lastname@ausmarhomes.com.au however we needed to create new accounts to access office 365 and our new crm 2013 instance. This means that we sign into crm with:

name.lastname@Ausmar.onmicrosoft.com

Because these are 2x different domains it is throwing error and not letting me connect.

Also, when trying to install yammer through crm, I can get to the yammer login screen and I log in however it does not take me any further than that :S

I know that sounds confusing but it pretty much sums it up

any help would be great!

    Hello,

    I would try adding the @Ausmar.onmicrosoft.com domain to your Yammer Enterprise account. Note this process requires assistance from Yammer Support to verify that the added domains belong in the same network.

    To add/merge networks, submit a help request at http://help.yammer.com

    Hi,

    Can you help.

    I am an IT Services provider, and I will be hosting my clients CRM 2013.  Yammer is also a part of the solution.

    Who would or should be responsible for setting this up, my client, or my company.  Are there any additional, non out of the box security measures I should consider before setting up Yammer onto a hosted CRM solution?
