I imported a solution with multiple customizations to the opportunity over the weekend. My solution included tasks, queues and queue items in addition to opportunities. Now we are unable to open any tasks using the Sales or Pricing roles. Sys admin works, but how do I find what is causing this? It worked great in the Sandbox for all roles.

That was it! I deactivated the old task form and now it works perfectly!

have you tried private browsing mode for one of those users? Could it be some sort of caching (maybe there are new forms and/or updated security roles?)
