
Hi Folks,
I am trying to create new SLAs on Dynamics 365 On Premises v9.1, but when I click on add new SLA and enter the SLA name and select the Entity as case then click "OK" it takes me to a new window where few field appear for just a second and then disappear and give me a blank page where I cannot add any actions to that SLA to trigger.
I have attached the screenshot of my problem as well with this discussion.
Please help me fix this issue.

Please check your if you have permissions to create and read SLA.
