How do you know that the workflow batch jobs are working fine?

    HI NewUserD365FnO,

Like Martin mentioned, the batch job is probably not working. This can have two root causes:
    1) The batch job for Workflow message processing is having the state Withhold, or the batch job doesn't exists
    2) The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Batch service on the VM is not running.

    Hello,

    You should these in sequence.

    1. Restart the batch service.
    2. Put the workflow batch jobs in withhold state and delete them.
    3. Run the Workflow infrastructure configuration.

    I'd concur with Komi.

One thing to take note of when looking at WF batch statuses. The message processing batch is the one that typically runs every minute. If you look at it and it says Executing, wait a few seconds and do a soft refresh. Does it still say Executing? Does it never leave Executing and go back to Waiting? Then it's stuck. It should never take more than a few seconds to execute and clear out the bucket of waiting tasks.

Set them all to Withhold, delete them, and fire up fresh ones.
