Hi there,

I`m new to Dynamics. I`m trying to setup an e-mail campaing. I could just use Mailchimp but I like to figure out if Dynamics is also a good way to to this.

At this point I`m struggeling with sending out the campaing. Error "Default content settings: Your system doesn't include a default content settings record" keeps popping up.

I`m trying to set the cntent settings to default but the thick box to set it to default is missing.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

There seems to be no such "the thick box to set it to default is missing" you mentioned.

After a content settings is created, it can be selected in customer journey or marketing email directly.

Maybe the following field is what you need. It allows to change the default content settings when creating Marketing Emails and Customer Journeys.
