Automate calculation of Shipping Fees

Hi

Is it possible for standard BC to calculate Shipping Fees (presumably Item charges) based on the overall cost of the Sales Order total?

For example, if the Sales Order total is <£100 then a shipping (item charge) of £2 applies

If the Sales Order total is > £100 then a shipping fee (Item charge) of £3 applies.

It seems very manual to select a Item charge code representing the fee applicable.

Automate calculation of Shipping Fees

As far as I know, this can't be done. However, a minimum quantity can be used for sales price setting.

In addition, if there are several fixed orders every time, you can consider using the following function.

Automate calculation of Shipping Fees

This is not standard in BC. You would need to create a customization that does this, or get one of the shipping addons such as Dynamic Ship App for Business Central - Updated December 2023 (dmsiworks.com) or dynamic commerce Shipping Costs (microsoft.com)
