can you expand a bit more your requirement?
you have an external website and want to embed the portal in that website is that it ?
you might need to change the settings for: HTTP/X-Frame-Options (this is a record with the site settings entity)

Yes correct, I have an external website and I want to embed the portal on that website, and I had already done this.
My problem is to create records (for example a case record) from the iframe, at the moment when I try to create a record nothing happens, it is as if something prevented the submission of the form (create case)
