Portals: is it possible to create record through a portal iframe embedded in another web page?

Hello guys!

I would like to embed the Customer Service Portal on another web page, for the moment I have succeeded with an Iframe but it is not possible to create records.

have you seen this page? it talks about the options for using a portal via an iframe and some of the settings are related to create/edit a record.

Yes correct, I have an external website and I want to embed the portal on that website, and I had already done this.

My problem is to create records (for example a case record) from the iframe, at the moment when I try to create a record nothing happens, it is as if something prevented the submission of the form (create case)

can you expand a bit more your requirement?

you have an external website and want to embed the portal in that website is that it ?

you might need to change the settings for: HTTP/X-Frame-Options (this is a record with the site settings entity)
