Form is unloading on ribbon button

Hi,

I have one Opportunity form which I can open directly from New Opportunity but I have added to one of the ribbon button on another entity. When I click on ribbon button, it is going in hung mode.

Im seeing the below thing in task bar,initally it was being loaded and after I renamed,it is getting hunged.

The other top buttons are also not loading as shown below,

Is it due to javascript or ribbon issue is not clear.
