Hi,
I am trying to modify an existing SOP Blank Invoice Form. Does anyone knows how to control the number of record per body in this document? I tried changing the Records Per Report Body from 0 to 5 to Header Name Dummy 3 but instead of controlling the number of records printed, blank records will be printed before the next line line item.

The size of the body on a SOP invoice is controlled by the following formula.
Page Length as per printer driver - size of header - size of footer.
To decrease the number of records, you will need to increase the header and/or footer.
Please make sure that if there is both a page header and report header, that they are the same size. The size is shown at the bottom of the toolbox as you resize the section. The same goes for footers, if both a page footer and report footer are being used... they must be the same size.

Hi, what version of GP are you on?
If you want, zip up your reports.dic and send it to me. I would need to view your current SOP Invoice layout before I could advise. If you want I can modify it to suit and send it back to you. How many SOP lines do you want per page?
