vs code :cannot publish package to server

vs code cannot publish package to server when i try to publish extension,
 
i get the following error below:

    Just update the number like : version : 1.0.0.2, 1.0.0.3

    HI,
     
    This is a known issue and Microsoft accepted it as a bug.
     
    There is no resolution as of now but keep eye on GitHub link. Once it gets fixed you will see an update from Microsoft and status changed to closed.
