Can you please share more information? When does it happen? Does it happen always to the same users? From all machines? Do you have multiple AOS services? Did you look into event logs?

Yes we have multiple AOS services and it doesn't happen to only a particular user , lately this issue is coming up for several users but not all , earlier we just use to restart the System and the issue would be resolved but now it isn't working , I'm just think of copying the configuration file from the AOS servers to the host machine , perhaps that's the only solution and if not that then install the Ax client form scratch . Is there any other way this issue can be rectified like clearing cache files or something . Also how would the event log help me with this error.

If you have multiple AOS servers, check if it's not related to just one of them. That's one of possible explanations why it happens just to some users.

You said that restarting the system used to help, but don't you think you should tell us which system? It would help us to help you...

Why do you think copying a file could help?

I see you also didn't address quite a few previous questions, so it seems you still have quite a lot to examine.

Regarding event log, it could help you by providing additional information, both from AX and from systems. Checking logs should definitely become a part of your troubleshooting procedures.
