Hi all,

Would like to check if anyone encountered below in job queue with intermittent error as below:

when approval trigger notification email, the above error happen and it will stuck in notification entries and subsequent email notification not able to send out.

Anyone encounter similar issue before ?

Turn off the flag "Allow Sender Substitution" and try again.

one reason of this error messages may be coming from attachment size in case if you are send attachments : answers.microsoft.com/.../76d0c205-3a2c-4e7e-a6fb-59a966c06eef

check this post for testing email. forum.mibuso.com/.../smtp-error-sending-email-5-2-0-sendasdeniedexception-with-office365 / consider office 365 email account configuration.
