Everything is fine inserting data in both table just showing this warning. why ?

/The value combination of 'BankAcc1, V-000031' for the fields 'Bank account, Vendor account' is not found in relating table 'Vendor bank accounts'./

Hi,

If you feel you don't have any custom code, I should raise this issue to MS, right now I ma I latest version and I don't see this issue, hence assuming either this is custom code or MS bug which is already fixed in latest version.

It seems to be like there is some customisation because you have some custom workflow when I see the image. If there is some customisation then you check with your Tech team for your issue.

Can you tell us what exact steps you took to get this warning? Do you get it by just opening the form? Are you using the system administrator role or another security role for this user?
