Assertion Failed: Due Date

Posted on by 5

Hello,

We have recently started getting the following error when we attempt to run the planning worksheet on the an item in our system, which results in the planning worksheet not planning for the item

It seems this started happening after we added new Purchase Orders to BC and edited the Document Dates on those Purchase Orders.

If we run the planning worksheet with a Starting Date and Ending Date before the Document date on the Purchase Orders it provides a plan for the item.

We have tried deleting the Purchase Orders and remaking them leaving the the default document date on the Purchase Order with no success.

As this is our most popular item, it is important that we get this working as soon as possible.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
