Get resolution time for a case

dear all

i need to know which field holds the resolution datetime (when case status=resolved) for the CASE, and is there any field for the total duration (for example 1 day, 6 hours, 4 minutes).

    Hi Ahmad,

    Basically there is no such field holds this information, but you can create a calculated field which calculate  (Modifed On - Created) On which gives you the elapsed time for a case. When a case is closed its status is changed therefore Modified On is changed.
