Hi,
I am running into a strange problem where users are randomly receiving rejection emails for workflows that have been approved without any rejection. I can't seem to find a pattern as it just happens sporadically.
This is GP 2015 R2 and workflow works fine otherwise.
Is there an email log or way I can trace an email back to an action? When I review the history, it is as if it doesn't exist.
Example:
Document X2018-1234 has been Rejected by SYSTEM.
User comments:
SYSTEM, 4/16/2018 3:15:00 PM: The task assignment was automatically rejected by the system.
