I just discovered that the regional currency symbol in your Control Panel ($ in my case) is pulled by report writer. We invoice in multiple currencies...is there a way to allow the symbol to change (on the standard form) based on originating currency of an order/invoice? Please help! Thank you.

When you say the Report Writer - do you mean the Dynamics GP Report Writing Tool?

If so, then it is not pulling the Currency Symbol from your regional settings.

I'm not sure what is happening, but to answer your question, you should definately be able to print your invoices in the currency that the invoice was entered in.

This is standard functionality in GP.

Some things you can check - when you print the Invoice is there an option in the print dialogue window to select Originating or Functional currency?

Open report writer - double click one of the currency fields on the invoice report - what is it called?

If you print the original version of the SOP Invoice report - does the currency display properly?
