I can't cancel/complete a work because of it is status

I tried to use the Cancel work from the periodic task but when I enter the work id I get the following error message

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Yes, I've seen this before. What is the status of your WORK lines?  In our case, we had canceled pick, a closed pick and a closed Put.  We had to raise a Microsoft ticket to get it fixed.  It seems this is a bug, but I don't see it on LCS yet.

    Would it not be option to click on 'reject count'?

    Laurens van der Tang In our case, and in Navid's case from looking at the first screen shot, the work is for sales order picking, which does not go through review / reject count process, as that only applies to cycle count work.
