If I click the "Add To Queue" button on a case I get a form where I can choose the que I would like to add it.
But in this field it only accepts ques of the type "Business Queues" but all our queues are normal user queues and are found in the "active queues" not in the "business queues". We have to click on the search icon an then on "Look Up More Records" and there we can change the "Look in" to "active queues" and choose the que we want to add the case.
How can I change/customize the default "Look in" to be all active queues? So that I can just enter the que name in the first window "add to queue" and don't have to go to the "look up record"?
I have acces to the administration/developer account, but I dont know where I can change this.

You need to remove the default queue from the corresponding user. Then the user queue is treated as business queue.
