Thank you so much for your replies. i think we found it. I didn't see "solutions" on the instance in the Office>Dynamics Admin page. When we selected solutions, we were able to select to install.
You should not need to do that. Which version of Field Service is installed? Are you looking for it in the Classic Web UI or Unified Interface?
do i need to install the Field Service Trial since even though I already have a Customer Engagement license that includes Field Service? That's where I'm hung up.
Thanks! I did find that link. It guides to installing a trial or purchasing. Everything i've read about the Customer Enterprise (CEP) indicates that Field Service is included. When i go to Office Admin > Dynamics where it lists my instances, updates, apps, etc. Field Service is shown as enabled. So how do I install without purchasing again (seems like i already pay for it).
