Dynamics 365 leads visualization

Have you seen the new Lead Visualization on Dynamics 365?

I used to have all I needed on Summary tab now I have to toggle back and forward between Details and Summary every time I need to check the notes or update the lead status

Is it possible to make this changes?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi kenner,

Have you customized the form of the lead, the initial screen looks like following screenshot :

And it’s possible to change the leads form like what you need.

For example, I want to make ‘contact method’ section of ‘Details’ tab to ‘Summary’ tab.

Go Settings > Customization > Customize the system > entities > lead >Forms to open the main form.

Select the section you need from ‘details’ tab and drag it to the any place of ‘summary’ tab.

For any sections, you can drag them to the place you need.

Or if you don’t want it shown in the form, you can hide them:

Double-click one section you want to hide to open ‘section properties’ dialog, then uncheck ‘visible by default’.(in my example, hide 'Marketing information' section of 'details' tab)

Finally, save and publish all customization.

    Test:

'contact method' section is moved to 'summary' tab, and 'Marketing information' section is hidden.

    Leah Ju,

Thank you very much for your support. Some ignorants from Dynamics 365 support told me that was not possible, but I knew that they were wrong
